I found Richard Hamilton’s screen print of I’m dreaming of a white Christmas compelling due to the colours that have been used, it uses a colour pallet that makes it look slightly like a photograph negative. I like that in the work you can see the features of the face but they are kind of not there as well this is more prominent in the eyes you can see where they go and there is a white outline of what looks like eyelashes but they are not actually there which makes me wonder was that planned or is that just how the original image was.
